ROYAL KINGSTON DISTRICT AIR RIFLE CLUB
The Club promotes responsible and safe air gun shooting and offers courses for the National Smallbore Rifle Associations Youth Proficiency Scheme on a regular basis. Scouts may also use air rifle shooting in Marksmanship for the Duke of Edinburgh Award .Meeting times are on Mondays and Tuesdays from 7 p.m. at 1st Malden's H.Q.
Two of the Club Instructors are qualified to run courses for adults leading to the NSRA's Diploma, which enables successful participants to supervise Scouts in air rifle shooting as per P.O.R. Two District Competitions are run each year.
The Club is proud to have been the starting point for Scouts who have subsequently progressed to the National Scout Squad, from which some have been offered places in National G.B. Squads and have taken part in National Competitions at top level.
